CHIEF MANAGER, LANDS & ESTATES - SURV. PERPETUA ASOMANI (MBA, MSc, MGhIS)

Surv. Perpetua Asomani is the Chief Manager (Lands & Estates) at Ghana Water Ltd (GWL), where she oversees the acquisition, management, and disposal of assets across all GWL operational regions.

She holds an MSc in Land Governance & Policy and a BSc (Hons) degree in Land Economy from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). She also holds an MBA in Marketing from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), a certificate in Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Social Responsibility from the University of Groningen, Netherlands and an Advanced Leadership Certificate from Friedrich Erbert Stiftung.

Surv. Perpetua Asomani is a member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS), the African Real Estate Society (AfRES) and the American Real Estate Society (ARES).

She has over 20 years experience in land acquisition for water infrastructure projects, compensation valuation and implementation of resettlement action plans. Her expertise also includes property maintenance and management, landlord-tenant management and ensuring legal compliance.

Beyond her professional expertise, she is actively involved in leadership and governance. She serves as a Trustee on GWL’s Occupational Pension and Provident Fund Schemes, Organizing Secretary of the Network of Professional Women in Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WiWASH), and Chairperson of the Ghana Water Ladies Association (Head Office Region).

She is passionate about mentorship, sustainable estate management, and leveraging technology for efficiency. In her personal life, she enjoys travelling, sightseeing, dancing and social work.
